Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY A Full Registration fee & travel refund will be issued for Special Circumstance with a 10 day notice providing that Re-Booking is not an option, this is applicable to both THE BENT TOUR & Registrant. All other Cancellations after 10 days will be subjected to the booking fee and travel will not being refunded, when a cancellation is required and rebooking is not an option. Special circumstances Include: a. Natural disaster (fire/flood/other) b. Community tragedy c. Unexpected Covid 19 Lock Down d. Personal tragedy
